Do you have a weird habit?
I have a habit of tearing at the skin on my thumbs, mostly when I’m nervous or bored. I usually don’t realize I’m doing it until I feel a little pain or see blood on my hands. Sometimes I put bandaids on them to prevent me from doing it. Not good habit to have.
